1. Acceptance of terms

By using IMC Platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service description

IMC Platform is a Belgian multi-service platform offering tools for medical follow-up, social rights analysis, document management, transport and connected health devices. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze health data and provide information for indicative purposes only.

3. User account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Health data

Health data is sensitive data under the GDPR (Article 9). You explicitly consent to its processing by entering or uploading it on the Platform.

5. Connected devices

The Platform can connect to your health devices (Withings, Fitbit, Garmin, etc.) via their official APIs. You can disconnect your devices at any time.

6. Medical disclaimer

The Platform does NOT provide medical diagnosis. AI analyses are generated for informational purposes only and do not replace consultation with a qualified physician. Never modify your treatment without medical advice. In case of emergency, call 112.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI analyses, social rights calculations or data from connected devices.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion results in permanent erasure of all your personal and health data within 30 days.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Brussels.
